RRR team officially kicks off the Oscar campaign

HYDERABAD: After the Film Federation of India (FFI) snubbed RRR and selected Chhello Show as its official entry to the Oscars, the makers of the former decided to launch their own Oscar campaign. A couple of weeks ago, it was reported that RRR will compete in various other categories of the Academy Awards.

Now, the team has officially released the For Your Consideration (FYC) list of various categories in that RRR is going to compete. This is the primary step of an Oscar competition. RRR is now competing in these categories.

Best Director (SS Rajamouli)

Best Original Screenplay

Best Actor (Jr NTR and Ram Charan)

Best Supporting Actor (Ajay Devgn)

Best Supporting Actress (Alia Bhatt)

Best Cinematography (Senthil Kumar)

Best Original Song (Naatu Naatu)

Best Production Design (Sabu Cyril)

Best Original Score (MM Keeravani)

Best Costume Design (Rama Rajamouli)

Best Film Editing (Sreekar Prasad)

Best Makeup and Hairstyling (Nalla Srinu and Senapathi Naidu)

Best Sound (Raghunath Kemisetty, Boloy Kumar Doloi, Rahul Karpe)

Best Visual Effects (Srinivas Mohan)

As the campaign has officially begun now, we have to see how this journey progresses for RRR.
