HYDERABAD: After a long break, Samantha Ruth Prabhu got back to work recently. It is known that she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease named Myositis a few months ago. Since then, she has been undergoing treatment and stayed away from professional commitments.
Recently, Samantha resumed works of her upcoming film Shaakuntalam. The other day, she participated in the trailer launch event of the movie. Samantha also got emotional while speaking at the event. Meanwhile, her pictures went viral on social media as it is her first press meet after a long time.
One of the Twitter handles commented on Samantha's look and stated that she lost all glow. "Feeling sad for Samantha. She lost her all charm and glow. When everyone thought she came out of divorce strongly and her professional life is seeing heights, Myositis hit her badly, making her weak again," wrote the user.
Quoting it, Samantha wrote, "I pray you never have to go through months of treatment and medication like I did...And here’s some love from me to add to your glow." Netizens are lauding Sam for her befitting and dignified reply. Meanwhile, Shaakuntalam will hit the screens on February 17.
