Recent additions to the already impressive cast include Sarath Kumar and Dr. Mohan Babu.
After his last appearance in the film "Son of India," Mohan Babu's participation in Kannappa in a special role has generated significant buzz around the film.
Likewise, Sharath Kumar, known for his charismatic presence as a hero and character actor in South India, enjoys a dedicated fan following. He has carved a place in the hearts of the audience with his remarkable performances in movies like 'Bunny,' 'Bharat Ane Nenu,' 'Jaya Janaki Nayaka,' and 'Bhagwant Kesari.'
Now, he is set to take on a lead role in the film Kannappa. The inclusion of these two veteran actors has further heightened expectations for the project.
The filming of Kannappa, which is based on the life story of Kannappa, a devoted follower of Lord Shiva, began in August at the Srikalahasti temple and is currently progressing swiftly in New Zealand. The film is under the direction of Mukesh Kumar Singh, who produced the Mahabharata serial.
