Senior actor Suman becomes victim of fake death news

Social media has become the new platform for people to start up their businesses and earn huge money through viral content. With no accountability, they do tend to cross the line and post content that is abruptly ridiculous just to attract the audience and gain their attention through click-bait thumbnails.

Another viral news that got busted was the death of senior actor Suman. Suman has been one of the longest actors in the industry, and from being a protagonist to antagonist, he has been seen in many different roles for decades.

Yesterday, a few channels on YouTube uploaded videos citing that he has passed away with clickbait of stars attending his funeral. On witnessing this, the actor was enraged and made a statement that he shall sue them through the law.

This is not the first time that something like this has happened. Even star comedian Venu Madhav, who is not with us anymore, was a victim of this. It is high time that social media sticks to the code of ethics and maintain self-accountability.
