Series of Small Films gearing up for the release on August 19

After a dull July, the Telugu film industry witnessed a good start in August. Bimbisara and Sita Ramam, which were released on the first Friday of this month, turned out to be money spinners at the box office. This week, two other big films, Macharla Niyojakavargam and Karthikeya 2. Tollywood is hoping for the success of these two flicks as well.

Meanwhile, the third Friday of August is going to be a free ground for small-budget films. Every month, we have one Friday allocated for small films. This month, we are going to witness some small releases like Tees Maar Khan, Wanted Pandugod, Maateraani Mounamidhi and Naa Venta Paduthunna Chinnavadevaramma.

Out of these, Tees Maar Khan and Wanted Pandugod are quite notable films. The former features Aadi Pinishetty and Payal Rajput in the lead roles. The latter is directed by Sridhar Seepaana. Veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao supervised the project. It features Jabardasth stars like Sudheer, Anasuya, Deepika Pilli and Vishnu Priya, along with comedian Sunil.

We have to see which among these small flicks will manage to strike a chord with the audience and emerge a winner at the box office.
