With more than 20 films to his name, Manchu Vishnu established himself as a prominent figure in the Telugu film industry. His next venture, the Telugu action-adventure drama film "Kannappa," directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh, has garnered significant attention since its announcement in August. Several big actors are a part of the film.
The latest buzz surrounding "Kannappa" suggests that the esteemed actor Shiva Rajkumar, known for his performance in "Ghost," is set to play a significant role in the film.
The film's shooting reportedly commenced in New Zealand, with additional schedules planned for Andhra Pradesh and Hyderabad. Furthermore, there have been exciting rumors that stars like Prabhas, Mohanlal, and Nayanthara will play prominent roles in the movie.
"Kannappa" narrates the true story of Bhakta Kannappa, a devoted follower of Lord Shiva. Tanikella Bharani developed the initial story concept, later adapted into a screenplay by accomplished writers. Nupur Sanon was initially a part of the project but she later walked out of the movie, and Vishnu confirmed the same.
Manchu Vishnu's father, the renowned actor Mohan Babu, who also produces the film, is said to have a crucial role in the project.
