HYDERABAD: After scoring a global success with RRR, maverick director SS Rajamouli will be teaming up with Superstar Mahesh Babu for his next film. Tentatively called SSMB 29, this film is expected to hit the floors in the second half of 2023. Speaking about it, Rajamouli said that the film will be a globe-trotting action adventure.
It is heard that the story will be set in a forest backdrop and will have breathtaking action-adventure sequences. Now, the film's writer and Rajamouli's father K. Vijayayendra Prasad revealed yet another interesting news about the film.
He said that SSMB 29 will be developed as a franchise with multiple parts retaining the core characters of the story. This means Rajamouli and Mahesh will team up for all parts of this franchise and we may also see other big stars joining this cinematic universe if needed.
