HYDERABAD: "Yatra 2," a film produced by Shiva Meka under the banners of V Celluloid and Three Atom Leaves and directed by Mahi V Raghava, delves into significant events from the lives of late YS Rajasekhar Reddy and Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Scheduled for release on February 8, the movie boasts a star-studded cast.

"Yatra 2" boasts a considerable budget, reportedly totaling 40 crore rupees, including artists' remuneration and production expenses. However, despite the anticipation surrounding the film, reports from Filmnagar suggest that business dealings, both theatrical and non-theatrical, are yet to be finalized.
On the other hand, the celebrations among YSR fans have already begun, with rallies and roadshows organized in America by supporters of YSR and CM Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The excitement culminates with the pre-release event of "Yatra 2," scheduled in Dallas, Texas, USA, on February 7, followed by premieres and screenings in various locations across America from February 7 onwards.
The film features Malayalam superstar Mammootty, Tamil actor Jeeva, Ketaki Narayan, Suzanne Bernert, Mahesh Manjrekar, Asrita Vemuganti Nanduri, and others. Santosh Narayan composed the music, with cinematography by Madhi. The movie faces competition from other releases such as "Lal Salaam," "Eagle," and "True Lover."
