HYDERABAD: Superstar Rajinikanth embarked on a spiritual journey to the Himalayas on the very day of releasing his latest film, "Jailer." Before leaving for the Himalayas, Rajinikanth began his spiritual journey at the Dayananda Saraswati Ashram in Rishikesh. At this juncture, Rajinikanth chose to address the students gathered at the ashram. The video of the same is currently going viral on social media.
In the video, Rajinikanth opened up on the film's success.
Speaking in the presence of Swami at the ashram, Rajinikanth shared his thoughts on the release of "Jailer" in a manner that reflected his profound faith and sense of surrender to a higher power. He began by acknowledging the anticipation and tension surrounding the film's release.
"Jailer released with lot of expectations. Swamiji said don't worry, picture will become HIT. If he himself says, then Jailer is hit only," revealed Rajinikanth.
"Jailer," directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures, is a 2023 Indian Tamil-language action thriller. With a cast including Rajinikanth in the lead role, alongside accomplished actors such as Vinayakan, Ramya Krishnan, Vasanth Ravi, and others., the film's release met with positive expectations.
