HYDERABAD: There are nearly 4 - 8 films in the queue for release since a couple of months. As many as ten new trailers were dropped which were very uncertain of their release dates. As all the biggies lock their release for the month of January, many have announced their arrival in December itself.
The crime thriller 'HIT 2', starring Adivi Sesh is set to release tomorrow, with the original director Sailesh Kolanu returning to his seat. Vishnu Vishal's 'Matti Kusthi', a Tamizh dub is the only competition for 'HIT 2'. But for December 9, as many as four films are slated to release, 'Panchatantram', 'Gurthunda Seethakalam', 'Leharayi' and 'Vijayanand'. The film 'Gurthunda Seethakalam', starring Satya Dev & Tamannnaah, lost its hype because of its repeat postponement, while 'Panchatantram', which has a familiar cast seems to have a big plate of attention among the rest.
'Dhamaka', starring Ravi Teja and '18 Pages' starring Nikhil Siddharth are slated to release on 23 December. While 'Dhamaka' is a mass entertainer, '18 Pages' is a romcom, serving the major section of the audience on 23. The year closes with 'Top Gear', starring Aadi Sai Kumar, 'Lucky Lakshaman' starring Bigg Boss fame Sohel, and 'Geetha Sakshigaa'.
