Theri Hindi Remake Adds Frustration In Pawan's Fans

HYDERABAD: Pawan Kalyan, despite claiming to dedicate himself to public service before the 2019 elections, took a U-turn and immersed himself in acting. He did Vakeel Saab, Bheemla Nayak, and Bro. All three are remakes and, unfortunately, didn't resonate well with the general audience, let alone his fans.
Apart from the mentioned films, Pawan has committed to several others like 'Harihara Veeramallu,' 'Ustad Bhagat Singh,' and 'OG,' creating a challenge for producers who are facing delays and uncertainties.
One of the films in question is 'Ustad Bhagat Singh,' directed by Harish Shankar, announced almost three years ago but continuously postponed. Amidst this delay, 'Ustad Bhagat Singh' saw some shooting, only to be put on hold. The Telugu remake of 'Theri' is yet to have a release date confirmed, adding to the fans' frustration.
Interestingly, the Hindi remake of 'Theri' is already in the works with Varun Dhawan as the lead, titled 'Baby John,' set to hit theaters on May 31st. This unexpected development has left Pawan's fans bewildered, as they find themselves in a unique situation where another version of the same film is ready for release in Hindi before the Telugu remake.
The disappointment among Pawan's fans is palpable, and social media is buzzing with discussions and reactions. They are putting pressure on team UBS to complete the film as soon as possible. But, going by the present situation, Pawan is not going to return to the shoot anytime soon.
