HYDERABAD: 'Gadar 2' stands as one of Bollywood's highest-grossing films, unleashing a box office tsunami by exceeding all predictions and amassing over 400 crores in collections. Curious minds have been wondering when 'Gadar 2' would make its digital debut. However, director Anil Sharma has provided a somewhat unrealistic answer for the same.
In a response to the film's digital streaming, Anil Sharma clarified, "Audiences won't be able to stream 'Gadar 2' on OTT platforms anytime soon. As the film is still running in theaters, its digital release will come after a span of 6 to 8 months."
It appears that fans will have to wait until 2023 for 'Gadar 2' to make its way onto OTT platforms. While the exact release date on Zee5 is yet to be confirmed, the netizens are calling this an unrealistic move, especially at a time even big blockbusters are also hitting the small screens in not more than three months.
