Vaarasudu gets postponed; to be released on Jan 14

HYDERABAD: There were many speculations doing rounds about the release of Thalapathy Vijay's Vaarasudu for the last few days. It was heavily rumoured that the release will be pushed for a day or two. However, the makers remained silent all these days. finally, the film's producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally held a press meet this morning and clarified the release date.
As expected, the release date of Vaarasudu has been pushed to three days. Dil Raju said that it will hit the theatres on January 14, while its Tamil version Varisu is getting released on January 11. He said that this decision has been taken to accommodate more theatres for star heroes Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna's films Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy.
As Vaarasudu is now getting released after Chiru and Balayya's movies, they will get more number of screens for a couple of days. Meanwhile, the verdict of Varisu will be out before Vaarasudu hits the screens. So, we have to see what kind of an impact will it have on its fate in Telugu.
Vaarasudu features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Prakash Raj, Sarathkumar, Jayasudha, Srikanth and Sangeetha played other key roles in it.
