Vaarasudu's release to be postponed by a day or two?

HYDERABAD: Ace producer Dil Raju joined hands with Tamil star Thalapathy Vijay for the film Varisu. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, this family entertainer features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. It is slated for a worldwide release on January 11. Varisu is getting dubbed into Telugu as Vaarasudu.
Initially, everyone thought that both versions will have a simultaneous release. But doubts are looming over the Telugu release for the last couple of days. Recently, the Telugu theatre list of Vaarasudu was released. Surprisingly, the makers didn't put the release date in the list and mentioned the line, "Coming Soon."
With this, everyone started thinking that Vaarasudu's release may get delayed by a day or two. It was also reported that the Telugu content has not been delivered to overseas distributors yet and that might be another reason for the delay in the Telugu release.
However, the sources close to the makers confirmed that there will be no delay in the release. It was stated that all versions of Varisu will hit the theatres on January 11. The Telugu papers ads with the release date are expected to be out from tomorrow.
