HYDERABAD: Vijayendra Prasad, the acclaimed writer behind blockbusters like "Baahubali" and "RRR," recently shared exciting updates on the highly anticipated projects "RRR 2" and "Mahabharat." The star writer's comments are going viral on social media now.
In a recent interview, Vijayendra Prasad confirmed that the sequel to "RRR" is indeed in the works, debunking initial skepticism surrounding director Rajamouli's mention of a sequel during his international interactions for the film's Oscar promotions.
Prasad clarified that "RRR 2" will be a grand production on par with Hollywood standards, although Rajamouli may not direct the film himself. Instead, he will oversee the project and ensure its successful execution. This revelation has left fans eagerly anticipating the continuation of the epic saga introduced in the first installment of "RRR."
In addition to discussing the "RRR" sequel, Prasad also shed light on Rajamouli's ambitious venture, "Mahabharat." He revealed that Rajamouli will tackle the timeless Indian epic and transform it into a franchise with multiple installments.
Moreover, Prasad disclosed details about Rajamouli's collaboration with superstar Mahesh Babu.
