When Sai Pallavi turned down Vijay and Ajith's film

HYDERABAD: Sai Pallavi is one of the most talented actresses in South India. She enjoys a massive fanbase in Telugu states. She is one heroine who prefers the script over the star cast of the film. That's why she dropped many big hero projects in the past.

If the latest grapevine is anything to go by, Sai Pallavi turned down Thalapathy Vijay's Leo and Ajith Kumar's Thunivu as well. Apparently, she was offered roles in both films but she rejected them as she couldn't find her roles meaty enough.

Reportedly, Sai Pallavi was approached to play Ajith's accomplice in Thunivu. But she didn't find the role important enough. So, she turned it down. Eventually, Manju Warrier essayed that character. It seems that recently, Lokesh Kanagaraj offered Sai Pallavi the role of Vijay's wife in Leo. Even that character didn't excite Pallavi. After that, Trisha came on board.

As of now, it is rumoured that Sai Pallavi will play a key role in Pushpa 2. However, there is no official confirmation about it.
