All set for 59-storied tallest building in Hyderabad’s Kokapet, 24 floors built so far

HYDERABAD: The tallest multi-storied building, which is being built in the IT corridor of Hyderabad near Golden Mile Layout at Kokapet, is nearing completion and all set to come live in a year or two.
The 236-metre-tall skyscraper called 'SAS Crown' is located next to Hyderabad Outer Ring Road and has 59 stories with five towers consisting of 235 residences.
Constructed by Hyderabad SAS Infra company, the construction of 24 floors, which is about 100 metrse in height was completed so far and the remaining 136 metres is all set to be completed in a year or two.
With the construction of the huge building, the SAS Crown will surpass a 50-storied tall building in Bengaluru that is regarded as tallest one in South India.
Apart from SAS Crown, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority has approved 157 huge multi-storied buildings ranging from 21 to 58 floors including commercial and residential purposes in Greater Hyderabad.
The construction of some building were completed and the remaining are under various stages of construction.
