BEWARE: Dangerous gang of robbers 'Dhar' from Uttar Pradesh active in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: A dangerous gang of robbers named 'Dhar' from Uttar Pradesh is reportedly roaming in Hyderabad city and the joint Ranga Reddy district.

According to reports, they travel in autos and stalk houses and people during the morning hours. At night, they break into houses, rob, and if confronted, they resort to violence, including murder, to carry out more thefts.

Ghatkesar CI Ashok said that their activities have been captured on CCTV cameras. The police have issued a warning and advised people to refrain from opening their doors if someone knocks at midnight.
