HYDERABAD: Megastar Konidela Chiranjeevi donated Rs. 5 crores to the Janasena party for the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections. He presented a Rs. 5 crore cheque to his brother and Janasena president, Pawan Kalyan, during the shooting of his movie Vishwambhara at Muchintal, Hyderabad.
Chiranjeevi greeted Pawan Kalyan as he arrived at the location alongside his second brother, Konidela Nagababu, on Monday morning. Pawan Kalyan, visibly moved by his elder brother's blessings, also humbly bowed at Chiranjeevi's feet.
Reportedly, Pawan Kalyan had been eagerly anticipating Chiranjeevi's blessings, especially as his Janasena party reached its 10-year mark. The three brothers spent quality time together after a long time. Big brother Chiranjeevi also reassured his youngest brother Pawan Kalyan that he will always support him.
Megastar Chiranjeevi took to 'X' and hailed his younger brother Pawan Kalyan for his noble work, said, "While many promise aid after gaining power, Pawan Kalyan's dedication to the welfare of farmers, using his own earnings, brings me immense joy even before assuming office. His commitment to utilising his wealth for societal improvement is truly inspiring. This is why I have made a significant donation to Janasena."
