HYDERABAD: The Cyberabad police on Saturday booked six riders and seized 50 bikes for performing risky stunts near T-Hub in the Knowledge City area of Hyderabad.
Cyberabad police took to 'X' and issued an update regarding a racing and stunts incident that occurred on June 2, 2024, near T-Hub, where several bike riders were apprehended by Raidurgam police for performing racing and dangerous stunts.
Police filed a case at Raidurgam Police Station and seized 50 vehicles after videos of bike stunts went viral on social media. Around 67 riders have been booked for rash and negligent driving in six separate cases since March 2024.
According to Cyberabad police, these riders have Instagram accounts with handles like Ajju Rider, Imran Rider, and RX100. They connect through Instagram and perform dangerous stunts without any safety gear.
Police have warned these riders about the consequences and instructed them to refrain from participating in such dangerous racing and daredevil stunts.
