Debt crisis claims another auto-rickshaw Driver's life in Hyderabad

HYDERABAD: Another auto-rickshaw driver died by suicide due to debt on Wednesday in Hyderabad's Attapur area. According to reports, the auto-rickshaw driver decided to take his own life due to financial problems.

Recent reports indicate that 13 auto-rickshaw drivers have committed suicide due to financial problems after the introduction of the by the Congress government. The use of auto-rickshaws by women reportedly declined after the Telangana government introduced free bus rides for women.
