GHMC Commissioner asks officials to expedite land acquisition for Shastripuram flyover

HYDERABAD: GHMC commissioner Ronald Rose along with Bahadurpura MLA Mubeen and MLC Rahmath Baig inspected the ongoing flyover works from Zoo Park to Aaramgarh at Shasthripuram and later inspected the low lying areas of Indiranagar, Hasannagar.

During inspection of flyover works at zoo park area, the commissioner instructed officials to speed up the land acquisition process and remove structures to pave way for smooth movement of vehicles and clear traffic bottlenecks.

Later the MLA and the MLC inspected the low lying areas of Indiranagar and showed the inundation works before monsoons being taken up by the irrigation wing of the GHMC to the commissioner.

The commissioner then inspected the NPA campus where the diversion of SWD lines would be taken-up soon.

CCP Rajendra Prasad Baik, Zonal Commissioner Venkanna, Chief Engineer Devanand Deputy Commissioner Ravi Kumar, SE projects Dattupathu, Health, Town Planning and Engineering officials attended during inspection.
