GMR Hyderabad International Airport resumes IndiGo flight services to Maldives

The resumption of services was in lieu of the growing demand from leisure travelers who preferred the Maldives as their tourist destination

HYDERABAD: GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd (GHIAL) on Tuesday resumed operation of flights by IndiGo Airlines, connecting Hyderabad and the picturesque Maldives.

The resumption of services was in lieu of the growing demand from leisure travelers who preferred the Maldives as their tourist destination. IndiGo flight 6E-1797 departed from Hyderabad at 12:40 am and arrived at Male Airport at 2:50 pm with a travel time of 2 hours 10 minutes.

In return, Flight 6E-1798 from Male would depart at 3:55 pm and arrive at Hyderabad Airport at 6:45 pm with a travel time of 3 hours 30 minutes. The non- stop flight from Hyderabad and Male would depart every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday every week.
