HYDERABAD: Former Telangana Chief Minister and BRS president K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) has appealed to people to not visit the Yashoda hospital where he is recuperating and enquire about his health as it is proving to be an inconvenience to the staff and other patients.

Addressing the people through a video on Tuesday, KCR said, "Please cooperate. Hundreds of patients including me should not suffer. I will recover and come back to see you soon. Doctors could not discharge me because of infection. Do not come to Yashoda Hospital."

KCR also thanked the people who showered affection on him. He repeatedly appealed through the video to not disturb the patients in the hospital.

KCR's response stemmed from the fact that a lot of his fans from Siddipet district staged a dharna outside Yashoda Hospital after authorities did not allow them to meet KCR.

Meanwhile, a lot of VIPs continue to inquire about KCR's condition. On Tuesday, Meghalaya Chief Minister Konrad Sangma and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav called on KT Rama Rao and enquired about KCR's health. Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan would personally visit KCR on Wednesday. It is known that they have already called KTR and inquired about his health.
