HYDERABAD: Himanshu Rao Kalvakuntla, the son of IT Minister KT Rama Rao and the grandson of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, revealed the singer in him to the world when he released his maiden cover song of ‘Golden Hour’ on Friday.
Himanshu took to Twitter to announce the release of his debut song. He said, "Today at 4 p.m., I'll be releasing my first cover song on YouTube. I hope you all enjoy it".
Minister KT Rama Rao, a proud parent, praised his son's attempt on Twitter. "Very happy and excited for my son @TheRealHimansh, I loved it; hope you all do as well," he tweeted.
Himanshu thanked documentary director and DSN Films founder Dulam Sathyanarayana besides his team for editing the 2:40 minute song. He also asked his followers to share their feedback in the comments section.
