Long Drive Cars director, followers thrash former employees despite their resignation
A case was registered in the Medipally police station based on the complaint of the employees
MEDCHAL: In a shocking incident, the director of Long Drive Cars, on Wednesday, thrashed six former employees even after they had quit their jobs.
According to reports, Long Drive Cars director Koppula Harideep Reddy and his followers took the ex-employees to a nearby mechanic shed in a car accompanied by bouncers. They indiscriminately thrashed, humiliated the ex-employees in the name of caste, confiscated their mobile phones, and thrashed them with plastic pipes.
Six employees, including two women, were allegedly subjected to abuse and physical violence. Videos were also taken under the false assumption of involvement in prostitution and drug cases.
A case was registered in the Medipally police station based on the complaint of the employees. The victims sought protection and justice by registering a case of ST/SC (Scheduled Caste) atrocity against those who insulted them in the name of caste.
