Man attempts suicide on Nampally court premises

HYDERABAD: A person attempted suicide by jumping from Nampally Court building on Wednesday. The youth was identified as Mohammad Salimuddin, a resident of First Lancer near Mehdipatnam.

Salimuddin was an accused in the ganja case. He appeared before the court on Wednesday. All of a sudden, Salimuddin rushed to the third floor of the court building and attempted suicide by jumping from there. He sustained severe injuries and the police shifted him to Osmania Hospital.

The police are ascertaining the actual reason for Salimuddin taking the extreme step.
