Saroornagar police have booked a case against a man for allegedly marrying many women on the pretext that his wife passed away in Hyderabad.
HYDERABAD: The Saroornagar police have booked a case against a man for allegedly marrying many women on the pretext that his wife passed away in Hyderabad. The incident came to light after the victims approached the police.
According to police, the man, identified as Amarender, claimed to be a lawyer in the High Court. He has a wife and two daughters. However, he was allegedly cheating several women in the name of marriage.
It is detected that Amarender forced his wife to undergo four abortions because she was carrying a female foetus, which resulted in significant emotional trauma for the woman.
It was reported that Amarender registered the Telangana Rythu Rajya Samiti (TRS) after the TRS became the BRS and allegedly duped several people, claiming that his father was a retired magistrate.
A case has already been registered against Amarender at Saroornagar Women's Police Station, with many more victims coming forward to share their experiences. The victims are pleading for justice and action against Amarender for his wrongdoing.
