HYDERABAD: The ongoing investigation surrounding the Radisson Hotel drug case in Gachibowli, took a crucial turn with the investigation agency informing the Court that Director Krish, one of the accused in the case was absconding. Police who are on the lookout for director Krish, booked him under CrPC 160 and informed the same of the court.

Meanwhile, Vivek’s driver Gaddala Praveen, and drugs supplier Mirza Wahid Beg were added as co-accused 11 and 12 respectively. The remand report of drug pedlar Syed Abbas Ali threw light on the way the Radisson hotel was used frequently by the accused in the case to take drugs. Police mentioned that the accused Vivek became addicted to narcotic substances a year ago. He along with director Krish and Nirbhay Sindhi consumed drugs in the hotel. Police found out that the drug party took place on February 24 in which Krish also participated along with Swetha, Lissi, and Neel.

The report mentioned that Krish and Nirbhay frequently met at the Radisson Hotel. They purchased one gram of cocaine for Rs 14,000 from Beg. Beg used to transfer the drugs to Vivek’s driver Gaddala Praveen. It was found that Praveen paid Rs 32,000 to Beg through Googlepay for 2 gm of the substance.

On February 24, Vivek, Raghucharan, Kedarnath, Sandeep, Swetha, Lissi, Neel, and director Krish consumed 3 gm of cocaine with the help of paper rolls. The accused agreed that they rented rooms 1200 and 1204 and consumed the drugs. Their WhatsApp chats also confirmed that they invited their friends to the drug party.
