HYDERABAD: Rana Dggubati’s Spirit Media and the grand old India comic book publishing house ‘Amar Chitra Katha’ unveiled new visuals of ‘Hiranyakashyap’ and ‘Minnal Murali’ in the USA, as they transcend their boundaries across the medium.
Spirit Media and Amar Chitra Katha unveiled the novel modern vision of bringing Hiranyakashyap to life, along with the new look of Minnal Murali, the new Tinkle superhero. This collaboration bridged the gap between cinema and comics, breathing new life into beloved comic characters like never before and bringing much-loved characters from cinema to comic books.
The adaptation of Amar Chitra Katha’s tales of Hiranyakashyap for the silver screen would be written by writer-director Trivikram with Rana Daggubati in the lead. The concept video of this adaptation revealed the vision of Daggubati’s character as the powerful and formidable demon king Hiranyakashyap.
Following its first cover art reveal at San Diego Comic-Con International, the new visual of Minnal Murali’s Tinkle comic character gave a sneak peek of the superhero in the making and promised to deliver an action-packed read for comic enthusiasts. It showcased the superhero's lightning speed and strength as he wielded his supernatural powers to overcome any obstacle in his path.
With this remarkable convergence of artistic mediums, the worlds of comic characters, cinema, and comic books intertwining like never before, would create a captivating world of tales that would rise above the borders of imagination. With this, the journey of Tinkle's iconic characters has taken an unprecedented turn, with beloved superheroes and villains making the leap from inked comic pages to the silver screen and vice versa.
Actor-Producer Rana Daggubati-led Spirit Media and Amar Chitra Katha would be steering this extraordinary evolution and redefining the landscape of storytelling, uniting fans and creators in a shared universe where the adventures of larger-than-life protagonists know no bounds.
