HYDERABAD: In a shocking incident, a Rapido bike driver attempted to extort Rs. 30,000 from 41-year-old Ashwin Kumar, a resident of Veer Nagar, Chintal Basthi, Khairatabad.

Kumar had booked a Rapido ride to transport his laptop from home to ICICI Towers in the Financial District. The assigned driver, Srimanth, collected the laptop at 9:30 am.
