Son kills mother for property in Ramanthpur, daughter-in-law, friend assists in crime

HYDERABAD: A man named Anil his wife Tirumala and a friend of hers allegedly killed Anil’s mother Sugunamma for her property.

According to police, Sugunamma’s relatives who arrived to attend her funeral suspected that she died of unnatural cause, and informed the Uppal police. The police registered a case and started an investigation.

During the investigation, Anil spilled the beans and said that the house in Ramanthapur was in the name of her mother and he had been trying to change the title on his name. He even tried to sell the house. When Sugunamma refused to sign the papers, the trio killed her.
