HYDERABAD: Pat Cummins, the captain of Sunrisers Hyderabad, delighted students at a government school in Karman Ghat in Hyderabad by joining them for a game of cricket.

The international cricketer, who also leads Australia's men's national cricket team in Test and One-Day International cricket, spent time playing and interacting with the local schoolboys.

A four-second video capturing a local boy bowling to Cummins quickly gained traction on social media, becoming viral.

Notably, Sunrisers Hyderabad became the third team to secure a spot in the IPL 2024 playoffs, following Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals.
