Telangana to experience heat for next 8-9 days due to early withdrawal of Southwest monsoon

HYDERABAD: The Indian Meteorological Department reports the Southwest monsoon will fully withdraw from Telangana State within two days, with favorable conditions for its complete withdrawal.
The cyclonic circulation, previously centered over Telangana and adjoining Coastal Andhra Pradesh, had weakened on Wednesday. Low level winds were blowing from north and northeast towards Telangana State today, according to IMD.
Telangana State is expected to experience dry weather on October 11 and October 12, with light to moderate rains in isolated areas starting on October 14, 2023.
On October 11, Bhadrachalam recorded a maximum temperature of 36°C, while Medak⁶& district recorded a minimum temperature of 20.3°C. The temperature in Begumpet reached a maximum of 33°C, while in Hyderabad, it reached a minimum of 19.8°C on October 11, 2023.
T Balaji, Telangana Weatherman said, "We are experiencing increasing temperatures due to the early withdrawal of monsoon and can expect the same kind of weather for the next 8-9 days."
