Three killed, three injured in different road accidents in Hyderabad

In an accident that occurred near an engineering college at Ibrahimpatnam, a bike was hit by a car, leaving two dead. The deceased were identified as Rahim and Shiva Kumar.

HYDERABAD: In a series of road accidents that occurred in Hyderabad, three persons died, and three were injured while the condition of one of the injured is said to be critical.

In an accident that occurred near an engineering college at Ibrahimpatnam, a bike was hit by a car, leaving two dead. The deceased were identified as Rahim (40) and Shiva Kumar (29), belonging to Chintapatla village of Yacharam mandal. The police registered a case and are investigating.

Another road mishap was reported at D-Mart near IDPL road under Balanagar police station limits, where a speeding bike collided with a DCM van. The bike rider, identified as Akhil, 23, died on the spot while the pillion rider sustained minor injuries. The police shifted the dead body to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem and registered a case.

In another incident, a car hit a two-wheeler near Forum Mall in KPHB colony, leaving two severely injured. If the reports are to be believed, the car driver Agraj Reddy seems to be the nephew of a former minister, Indrakaran Reddy, who was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. However, reports indicated that the case was not registered against Agraj Reddy
