Tyagaraya music festival reached crescendo with enthralling performances

HYDERABAD: The fourth day of HTAMF 2024 saw a beautiful concert by Vidushi VL Tulasi Vishwanath. Her rendition of Tyagaraja Kritis was a highlight of the evening and greatly appreciated by the audience with resounding applause.
The evening started with a Vocal Concert by Vidushi Saraswatula Sivani who performed well chosen Kritis with finesse. This starting concert laid a beautiful platform for the rest of the evening concerts.
The next vocal concert of the evening was by Vidushi P.N.L. Mahathi and Vidushi P.L.Jayathi that hit the right notes, regaled the audience and delivered a memorable performance.
The vocal artists were skillfully accompanied by Vidwan Peravali Nandakumar(Violin) , Vidwan Jaya Bhaskar( Mridangam) , Vidwan Dr. P. Srinivasa Gopalan( Mridangam & Morsing). The accompanying artists created a beautiful blend of music, making the concerts lively.
In the morning, the day started with performances by promising students from the Twin Cities. HTAMF 2024 is a platform and opportunity for students to also participate in celebrating the legacy of Tyagaraja.
The 9th edition of Hyderabad Tyagaraja Aradhana Music Festival will culminate on January 28, Sunday, with the Pancharatna Seva in the morning. Sanskriti Foundation will felicitate Kalaratna Modumudi Sudhakar, renowned Carnatic Vocalist and Composer. The final day’s evening concert will end with a concert by Modumudi Sudhakar.
