Bandla Ganesh booked for allegedly occupying a house worth Rs 75 Crores

HYDERABAD: Tollywood film producer Bandla Ganesh was booked in a criminal case following accusations of occupying a residence valued at Rs. 75 crores in Film Nagar, Hyderabad after the complaint was lodged by Nowhera Shaik, the CEO of Heera Group, who reportedly confronted Ganesh to vacate the property on February 15.

According to reports, Nowhera Shaik who had confronted Ganesh to vacate the property on February 15 was allegedly detained and threatened by Bandla Ganesh. Despite filing a complaint with the Film Nagar police, Shaik found herself facing a case registered against her instead of Ganesh.

In response, Nowhera Shaikh escalated the matter to the Director-General of Police (DGP) to seek intervention. Subsequently, the Film Nagar police initiated legal action against Bandla Ganesh under sections 341 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) as directed by their superiors.
