Car catches fire on Addanki-Narketpalli road, passenger rescued

HYDERABAD: A car suddenly caught fire while moving on the Addanki-Narketpalli road near Kothagudem in Nalgonda's Madgulapally Mandal.

The fire erupted in the engine, quickly spreading throughout the vehicle.

The driver noticed the flames and managed to stop the car. However, he lost consciousness due to thick smoke. Locals acted swiftly, breaking the car windows to rescue the passenger. The injured person was rushed to the Nalgonda Area Hospital for treatment. The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
