CISF constable dies by suicide at Sriharikota

TIRUPATI: A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) constable, who was working at Sriharikota, died by suicide on Monday. The constable was identified as Chintamani (29). The incident took place in Sullurpet.

Chintamani, who hailed from Chhattisgarh, died by hanging himself from a tree. The police, who reached the site, initiated an investigation for the same.

Local police officer S S Manoj Kumar suspected that either family disputes or work pressure from higher authorities might have driven to the extreme step.
