Couple die in accident, two children injured near Warangal: A couple was killed in a car accident near Manukondur mandal in Karimnagar district on Saturday morning. A lorry rammed into their car as the couple and their children, Meghna and Ashok, were travelling to Vemulawada Rajanna temple. Surender and Madhavi, the couple, died on the spot, while their two children were critically injured.
The police arrived at the scene quickly after learning of the crash and took the injured children to the nearby government hospital. The accident occurred on the road that runs between Karimnagar and Warangal. The impact of the crash crushed the car and severely damaged it.
According to reports, the family hails from the Warangal district's Kasibugga. Two children, Meghna and Ashok, who suffered serious injuries in the incident, are currently receiving treatment in a nearby government hospital. Police have launched an investigation and registered a case against the incident.
