Family of four dies by suicide in Nizamabad hotel

NIZAMABAD: A family of four died by suicide in a hotel in Nizamabad on Sunday reportedly due to a depressing financial crisis. The deceased have been identified as Surya Prakash (37), his wife Akshaya (36), Pratyusha (13) and Advait (10) from Adilabad district who were staying in Kapila hotel here for the past two weeks.

While the bodies of Akshaya and the two children were found lying on the ground, Surya Prakash was found hanging from the ceiling of the room.

On receiving information, the police reached the spot and searched for clues. The police suspect that Surya Prakash might have first poisoned his wife and two children to death before hanging himself from the ceiling.

It is suspected that Surya Prakash, who was into the real estate business in Hyderabad, was in a financial crisis. He reportedly suffered huge losses in business which is believed to have driven him to the extreme step. The complete details of the incident are yet to be known.
