Farmer attempts suicide by consuming pesticide after land dispute ignored

GADWAL: A farmer from Gudidoddi village in Gadwal district, identified as Parushuramudu, attempted suicide by consuming pesticide after repeated complaints about his land being encroached were allegedly ignored by officials.
Parushuramudu had filed multiple grievances through the Prajavani platform, claiming that others had illegally taken over his land. Frustrated by the lack of response from authorities, he reportedly took the extreme step out of desperation.
The farmer was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment. Local officials are now investigating the matter and reviewing his complaints to address the land dispute.
