Foreigner arrested, deported for staying in City after visa expiry
The sleuths of the H-NEW apprehended one man, who hailed from Sudan, who was staying in Hyderabad even after his visa expired
HYDERABAD: The sleuths of the Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) apprehended one man, who hailed from Sudan, who was staying in Hyderabad even after his visa expired and deported him to his native country.
The man, Mohamed Mahmoud Elawad Fadalla (27), who was found moving suspiciously at Zaheera Nagar, Banjara Hills, came to India from Sudan in 2015 on a student visa. His visa expired in 2018. However, he was illegaly staying in Hyderabad and was also reportedly in close contact with drug peddlers.
The foreigner was deported to his native country after following the due process of Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FFRO) Hyderabad.
