HYDERABAD: The police on Saturday questioned the five juvenile delinquents and another accused person, Saduddin, in the infamous Jubilee Hills gangrape incident. The police learned that the son of an MLA, who was among the juveniles and was charged with outraging the modesty of the girl, was the first one to have misbehaved with the girl.
The police conducted sexual potency test on all the accused at Osmania Hospital. The Banjara Hills ACP Sudarshan, who is the investigating officer (IO), questioned them individually and severally.
They reportedly informed the IO that they had parked the car at an isolated place near the Peddaam temple in Jubilee Hills and committed the offence on the girl one after the other. They claimed to have bitten her on the neck to make the marks look like tattoos, The girl was injured as she had resisted and grappled to wriggle herself out of their clutches.
While Saduddin reportedly claimed that the MLA's son was the first to misbehave with the girl, the others said that it was Saduddin who had incited to commit the offence.
The police questioned them on the sequence of events that led to the occurrence of the crime and also what they had done after the crime. Later they were sent back to judicial custody.
The police would conduct a Test Identification Parade by making the accused and a few others present and let the victim identify them. This process would be conducted after the approval of the court.
