Man assaulted, wife raped by three youths in Eluru

ELURU: The Andhra Pradesh police arrested three youths who allegedly assaulted a man and gang-raped his wife.

A man who had moved to Ramakoti in Eluru district for livelihood befriended three local youths. After consuming alcohol with them, the youths assaulted the man and subsequently raped his wife.

Following a complaint from the victims, the police arrested the three accused and began an investigation.
