Man killed over suspicion of extramarital affair in Dachepalli

AMARAVATI: In a shocking incident that came to light on Saturday, a man was brutally murdered by a co-worker over suspicion of an extramarital affair in Dachepalli of Palnadu district.

The man was stabbed with an axe and was set ablaze at a pepper garden.

Reportedly, a man by the name Koteshwar Rao, who worked as a pump operator at Dachepalli Nagar Panchayat and was allegedly having an affair with a woman. Another man, who worked as a pump operator too, reportedly killed Koteshwar Rao after knowing about this affair.

The police, who received the information, took the accused into custody. They said that initial investigation proved this to be a murder over the extramarital affair and further investigation was going on.
