HYDERABAD: A man killed his wife in Kukatpally due to suspicions over her frequent phone calls and later transported her body to Andole to avoid suspicion. The incident came to light in Jogipet, Sangareddy district, after the husband confessed to the crime when questioned by the victim's family.

The accused, identified as V Narsimhulu from Andole, worked as a gas delivery agent in Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy district. He had been having frequent arguments with his wife, Indira (33), over her phone calls. In a fit of rage, he strangled her with a towel.

Narsimhulu then moved the body from Kukatpally to Andole, telling others that his wife had died due to illness. However, Indira's mother, Mogulamma, became suspicious and filed a complaint with the police. Upon investigation, Narsimhulu confessed to the murder. He was taken into custody, and a case has been registered.
