Minor Boy arrested for raping seven-year-old girl in Sangareddy

SANGAREDDY: A 17-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl in Ramachandrapuram police limits of Sangareddy.

The boy reportedly lured the girl into his house under the guise of watching TV. The incident came to light when the girl's mother returned home to find her daughter in a critical condition with severe bleeding. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital.

Following a complaint lodged by the victim girl's mother's complaint, police registered a case under the POCSO Act and arrested the accused.
