MLAs' poaching case: ACB judge orders 14-day remand to 3 accused

HYDERABAD: ACB court judge on Saturday night remanded all three accused in the TRS MLAs' poaching case. After a medical examination of the three accused on Saturday, the Cyberabad police shifted them to the Moinabad police station, following the judgement passed by the High Court earlier on the same day.

The police recorded statements of the accused after which they were taken to Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) court judge's residence in Dilsukhnagar. They would now m be shifted to judicial remand.

In addition to ACB court's remand report given on Friday, another report was prepared and attached on Saturday.
