One arrested with pistol, 6 live bullets in Ameerpet

HYDERABAD: The Panjagutta Police detained one person near Big Bazaar of Ameerpet for carrying a pistol and live bullets in the early hours of Wednesday. The police came across the person, identified as Venkata Nagendra Reddy (28), while they were on patrolling duty.

Nagendra Reddy was reportedly involved in a quarrel and a heated argument with some locals in the area which caught the attention of the police. After arriving at the spot, the police questioned Nagendra Reddy and, during a random check, found the weapon and six live bullets from his person.
